What we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate this site and respond to inquiries.
- Inquiry form fields: name, email, requested work, rough budget, timeline, attribution answer, and consent record.
- Basic site usage and performance analytics from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Technical records needed to keep the form and site reliable, such as submission and error timestamps.
Purpose
Why we use it
Inquiry information is used only to assess and respond to your request. Analytics is used to understand site usage and performance.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Where the data is handled
The site uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for inquiry storage, and Resend for inquiry notifications.
These providers process data to provide their services to Elixir Flow. Their own privacy and security terms also apply to their systems.
Retention
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless a longer period is needed to comply with law or resolve an active request.
Your choices
Access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal
Email us to ask what inquiry data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
